RATES
These are our standard room rates. You may also want to check our Packages page for specials or seasonal packages. Rates are for two guests and include breakfast. We regret that we cannot accommodate families with small children.
Our Winter Rates (Nov. 16 to April 30)
Two
night minimum stay required most weekends (except for special packages
such as murder mysteries). Sometimes our schedule leaves a room
available for a single night on a weekend. Please call the inn to
check.
Our Winter Getaway two night package* includes dinner in
the inn dining room each evening and breakfast each morning. To
substitute a romantic dinner basket for either of the dinners, there is a
charge of $10 on weeknights, $20 on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays. For the same package with dinner just one evening, deduct $20 from the prices below.

GENERAL INFORMATION - No smoking permitted inside or within 50 feet of any of our buildings (Ohio State Law).
- Check in is between 3 and 9 p.m.
- We request checkout by 11 a.m.
- Early arrival or late checkout available for an additional fee
- All rates include breakfast.
- Single occupancy and corporate rates available midweek.
- $25 for an additional person in a room/$50 in a cottage.
- The inn is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- All rooms have private bathrooms.
- All rates are subject to change and are before taxes.
- No guest pets permitted
- For the safety of all our guests we request no candles, tea lights, votives, incense or other open flames.
MEALS - A full breakfast is included in the price of the room.
- Dinner is available to lodging guests by advance reservation.
- Romantic picnic baskets for dinner or lunch can be ordered with 72 hours notice.
- Since we are located in a dry township we cannot sell alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS - Two night minimum stays are generally required on weekends.
- Either a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit are required to guarantee a reservation.
- For individual reservations we have a 14-day cancellation policy. (Guests will be responsible for full amount of charges for any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival unless we are able to book the room to somebody else)
- For parties of three to six rooms travelling together, or for special events and holidays the cancellation policy is 30 days.
- For full inn buyouts, weddings and other events we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and have a 60 day cancellation policy.
- There is a $25 per night per room processing charge for all cancelled reservations.
- Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- Cancellations must be made by speaking to an innkeeper and receiving a cancellation number. We are not responsible for messages sent by email or left on voice mail.
GIFT CERTIFICATES - Can be purchased in any dollar amount or for room nights or dinners
- All terms for reservations, deposits and cancellations apply to reservations being paid with a certificate
- Certificates are valid for two years from purchase date
- Certificates for room nights are for queen rooms.
- Cost for room nights purchased on certificates - $147.83 for a one night stay.
- Cost for dinner for two purchased on a gift certificate - $91.86 includes tax and gratuity.
